The Put-in-Bay Township Park District received and closed on the donation of a half acre wooded lot from Ron and Marianne Manderbach of Middle Bass Island yesterday. This property abuts the Costello Tract owned by the Park District. Thank you Ron and Marianne shown below in photo by Theodora Keith-Morris in their yard at Middle Bass. Thanks to Hartung Title for continuing to assist us with our land acquisitions-Tammy Luebke shown here with Lisa Brohl on closing day Thanks also to our legal advisor Marsha Collett.. It will be a nice addition to our wooded holdings on the east point.
