Enjoy Our Island Preserves Safely

Enjoy walking our Put-in-Bay Township Park District Preserves this weekend! Wildflowers are blooming-wild columbines at Massie Cliffside Preserve shown here. Birds are returning and migrating through such as this ovenbird photographed by Susan Novak Byrnes

Please be safe and practice social distancing while at our preserves-maintain 10’ between other walkers and avoid high contact areas like brochure boxes. Information on our preserves can be found currently at this website
Watch for new Put-in-Bay Township Park District website soon!

Please remember your courtesy to other walkers and wildlife by keeping your pets on a leash while at our preserves (no dogs allowed at Jane Coates Wildflower Trail) and pick up after your pet! Bags and garbage cans are provided. Please use our recycling containers for any beverage containers you may toss out-sort by aluminum, plastic, and glass.

Enjoy these photos of wildflowers currently blooming on our island preserves!
