The Put-in-Bay Township Park District and the Lake Erie Islands Conservancy wish to announce that the dedication for the Cooper’s Woods Preserve will be held Thursday, September 24, 2020, if conditions permit rather that than the previously scheduled August 2 date.
All are invited to attend a short ceremony at 2:30pm in the Preserve parking lot adjacent to the Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church and followed by some light refreshments and cake at The Goat Restaurant immediately following.
The Lake Erie Islands Conservancy will also hold a short annual meeting at 3:30pm at the Goat Restaurant to elect board members and officers. We may set up a zoom for those that wish to join us remotely. This marks the 20th year of land protection for our Conservancy.
